On top of that, DEYINCC would also like to congratulate those who have successfully passed out from Specialist Course Phase 4, as well as, Senior Specialist Course. The journey may be a bit rocky for all of you, as CCA has stand down, and the Seniors does not have time to train all of you. However, we are all glad and joyful that all of you managed to pass out successfully.

Always keep this in mind - "Rank is just a piece of cloth, Respect is what you earn." In order to be a successful Specialist, you have to be able to pass down the knowledge and skills that you have learnt from the Seniors to the Juniors. Never let your ego, overtake you mindset. Always remain humble. Never find being a Specialist as a burden. It may be tough in times, but enjoyable too! All the best!
