Water Ambassador & Specialist Course

On Wednesday, 8 June 2011, our Unit sent 10 cadets from Part A (Alpha) for Water Ambassador Course at NEWater Visitor Centre. The course involved several activities, including touring around the NEWater factory. I believe the cadets had a fun day touring around the factory, and most importantly, gaining additional knowledge on how NEWater is made, and how important it is for us to save water.

On the same day, our Part C cadets had officially passing out from Specialist Course Phase 2, emerging two 2nd Sergeant.

To all Part C:
Welcome to the Specialist Team! Whether you are able to get a 2nd Sergeant rank, or a 3rd Sergeant rank, doesn't matter at all. It is more important whether if you have the knowledge of a Specialist, and whether you are able to pass down your knowledge to your fellow cadets. For those who didn't managed to obtain the rank of 2nd Sergeant, do not feel depress or demoralised. Your Specialist life doesn't just end here. In fact, it is just the beginning. Look ahead of the future, and overcome all odds. I believe you guys will be able to do so. Congratulation for successfully passing out from Specialist course. Let's work hard together, and bring the unit to a higher level of standard and discipline!
